‘Marie’ is a spacious, comfortable and modern, 22m long and 5,6m wide 2-mast sailing vessel with lots of headroom inside. Inspired by the old Dutch herring luggers the owners had her built in Serbia and rigged her in the Netherlands. On deck and inside you’ll find lots of space to relax, to have your training day or team event. The high bulwark and wide passageways provide comfort and safety.
“Marie” has two cabins for her guests, each with a double and a single bed, and a guest shower and toilet room. Do you prefer to sleep outside? We have two sofa beds on the deck or a lovely hammock between the masts for everyone. Try and experience our personal approach, the small-scale setup, the customization, with attention to quality, comfort and safety down to the smallest details.

From her conception up to her commissioning, this was the top priority. How proud we are with the result! A spacious, empty deck to enjoy our training sessions or to just hang out, broad passageways and high ceilings in the modern lounge below deck. We are convinced that feeling this space will help you to:
DEEPEN: with yoga, mindfulness, breathing sessions or tension releasing exercises in the open air, on the tidal flats in the North of the Netherlands (‘Wadden’) or at anchor,
CONNECT: through team building, meetings, workshops on deck, in the wheelhouse, or on a sandbank,
SAIL WITHOUT FEAR: feel how the ship dances with the waves, plays with the elements.
And what about us? We are pleased to give you the Room to Be! We serve your food, be it fresh juices or a healthy meal, we love to cook for you and make you something really tasty. Coffee? Of course, and you bet it’s the real stuff!
We take you in small groups across the IJsselmeer and Waddenzee, or just anchor out near Amsterdam.

MEET THE CREW
Isabel: ‘When onshore, Harry is a passionate manager for offshore wind energy projects. Besides that, he is an experienced sailor who likes to show you the beauty of the IJsselmeer and the tidal flats in the North of the Netherlands. On the water, he unites with the elements and his eyes twinkle. He always dreamt of building a seaworthy vessel and succeeded. Harry and ‘Marie’ are solid and trustworthy. They give you the Room to Be.’
Harry: ‘Isabel has largely contributed to the quiet and spacious ambience onboard ‘Marie’. Being an experienced trainer and coach in mindfulness, Tension Releasing Exercises, breath work and mindful yoga (www.rzijn.nl) she knows how important this can be. In her profession, her power shows, and with it, she has enriched many people’s lives. Isabel is knowledgeable, open, warm-hearted and without judgement. She will meet you expressively, playfully and by chance with humour.’
